Seven house row
 
There’s something about little houses, can’t quite put my finger on it but they are a joy to see. These little dwellings are made from randomly painted wooden blocks which are then sanded off to achieve a lovely chalky finish, then placed on a sanded and waxed plank the final result being this little row of seven multicoloured houses.
 
Lovingly made and crafted entirely from recycled timber in our workshop/showroom on a farm just outside the little village of Yoxall in Staffordshire
 
No two houses are ever the same, all are totally unique and original
 
This row of houses roughly measures:
 
Length 40cm (15¾”)
Depth of base 11 cm (4¼”)
Height 31cm (12")
 
It maybe just a chip off the old block, but its a little house to us. Yes these blocks make our stove burn bright and keep our workshop lovely and warm on a cold winters day, but it’s better to give the wood a new home
