Accommodation details: -
Self-catering accommodation sleeps ten (and a further two at a squeeze).
Included in the price - All bed linen and towels, beach towels, cool box, hairdryer, CD-radio, TV, DVD Player, fan, beach parasol, iron & ironing board, selection of reading books, DVD’s and CD’s, washing machine, use of electric, gas and water, crockery & cooking utensils and fridge/freezer, BBQ. The house will be cleaned prior to your stay.
Parking - free parking in village square (piazza) is available approx. 100 metres from the house.
The house is located on the northern top side of the village of Fontegreca, in the oldest part of the village. It is a short walk from the main square, this includes a climb of 40 odd steps up to the front gate. Due to steps the house is not suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests.

The house is tiled throughout and has hall/reception with kitchen and dining room/ living room leading off from it. The kitchen is modern with all amenities. The dining room connects to the main living area. This room has an open log fire (which is only used during the winter months), a TV and has a large dining table which seats 10 people (extra chairs can be used from upstairs). There is a small utility room leading off from the dining room containing a full size washing machine and dryer.
The living room contains two sofas (one of the sofa’s converts to a fully sprung double bed that can sleep two people), TV, DVD player and music centre.

On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with two sets of full size bunk beds (There are also two fold away beds which can be used if necessary) and a child's cot. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with over bath shower.
There is a terrace which is reached via the master bedroom or from stairs in the garden, this looks towards the mountain and has a table, chairs and parasol on it (and also rotary dryer).

The garden is quite small but full of fruit trees, lemons, oranges, pomegranate, and of course grape vines, also herbs for the kitchen. Part of the garden has also been decked to create an extra sun bed area. There is also an old cottage at the top of the garden which we use as a workshop, this is kept locked and is for our use only.
Unfortunately no pets & no smoking in the property.

How to Book:
Contact us to check availability for the dates you would like and we will send you a detailed information/brochure pack and a booking form. Return to us the completed booking form along with your £100 security deposit (refundable within 14 days of your stay). Once we have received this, your booking will be secured.
We'll send you a detailed information and key pack to arrive one week prior to your stay, and you’re all set to go.
